Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated upon checkout. On average, international orders can take anywhere between 3-4 weeks after shipping to meet their final destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any additional import or customs fees that may be imposed.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for you to follow your order’s journey. Please allow 24-48 hours from dispatch for your tracking number to be accepted by the carrier.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 4-6 weeks. Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic all orders are subject to delays. 

 

How can I cancel my order?

We can only accept cancellation requests on pending orders that have yet to ship. If your order is still pending and you would like to cancel, please contact us and we will assist you with canceling your order.

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

There are no returns or exchanges. 

 

I've received a damaged item, what can I do to replace it?

If you receive a damaged good, we will happily replace it! Contact us with your order number and we'll send you a brand new item.
